Top Ten Things to be Thankful for about Christ the King Parish
In following with Jon Golding’s theme and because we are celebrating Thanksgiving this week, I thought I’d contribute my own top ten list.

10. Our renovated parish center which provides a warm atmosphere for meetings and social gatherings.
9. Our Parish bookkeeper and secretary that help keep everything running so smoothly.
8. Our volunteers and staff that help to decorate and keep our church and facilities clean.
7. Our school, the children that fill its classrooms, and the teachers, staff, and principal that are dedicated to keeping it a wonderful place to learn.
6. The beautiful church and chapel that provide us an ideal place to worship.
5. The volunteers at Mass that read, usher, and serve as Eucharistic Ministers as well as our youth servers.
4. Our musical director, singers, and instrument players, that offer us lovely music each week at mass.
3. All those involved in helping to plan the liturgy each week.
2. Monsignor Knapp, Father Chris, and our Deacons that challenge us each week to become stronger in our Catholic faith and continue to lead our parish.
1. Our parish family, young, old, and in-between and all the gifts that we share and the strong support we give to one another as a church community.
