Mrs. Peggy Vogt
Kindergarten
I earned my BS Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Evansville and my Masters Degree in Elementary Education from Indiana State University.
I have more than 23 years' experience teaching in the Diocese of Evansville.
I was very fortunate to receive my education in a Catholic school. My faith is very important to me and I want my students to know the love of Jesus. I want each child to know that he or she is truly special, having been created by the loving hand of God our Father.
I have always enjoyed reading, crafts, and, of course, my family.
I taught for five years at Holy Spirit School before coming to Christ The King over 18 years ago. I have received training in Building Blocks, Math Their Way, Tucker Signing Strategies, and Poverty in the Classroom. Conferences I have attended recently include: State Kindergarten Conference, INPEC, Indiana Reading Conference, International Reading Conference & Discipline Workshop. I am a member of Evansville Area Reading Council.
